We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised, custom-made, or engraved products
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones, consumables)
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Digital downloads or software keys
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return collection and full refund or replacement.
